Prices include electricity, central heating, hot water, bed linen, towels, and wifi.

We do consider minimum stays of 3 nights out of high season. Do contact us for prices and availability .  Usually £110 per night.  Changeover day Saturday unless by prior arrangement.  

We ask for  25% of the cost as deposit with the balance payable 1 calendar month before the holiday. Payment is by bank transfer.

We do accept dogs but ask for a payment of £20 per dog if you bring more than one dog.
