               NEWINGTON FARMHOUSE, A CHARMING AND PEACEFUL HOLIDAY HOME

Newington Farmhouse is a self-catering cottage located on the edge of the village of Sancreed.
The accommodation comprises:
Small Conservatory . A real suntrap with table and chairs.
Sitting Room  With 2 sofas , a dining table and chairs, an inglenook fireplace with woodburner, TV, DVD player, CD player, great selection of books.
Dining Room. With  additional dining table and chairs, desk, books and games for adults and children.
Kitchen. Very  well equipped with ample crockery and cooking utensils plus dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge freezer, 4 ring electric hob, double oven, toaster, microwave.
Porch. With room to hang coats, etc.
Bathroom. With toilet, bath with shower.
 3 Bedrooms  – 1x Kingsize bed
                           1x twin beds
                           1 x single bed
All three bedrooms offer superb views. There are many original features including painted pine floorboards and painted panelling in the hall. The double bedroom also has a TV .
 
Other General Facilities. Activities Guides, Maps, Alarm Clock, Stairgate, Highchair, Travel Cot, Hairdryer, Free Wifi, Iron and Ironing Board, Thermos, Central Heating, Binoculars, Shed with sunbeds, folding chairs , games and BBQ,  2 outside tables and benches, terrace area.
Notes:
All bed linen and towels are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement but we do ask that they remain downstairs and off the furniture and that visitors clear up after their dogs. We also ask that you do not smoke in the cottage.
There is an outside tap and bucket for washing wetsuits.
There is a stair gate for toddlers and a travel cot and high chair can be provided.
Short term breaks in the late autumn, winter and early spring are sometimes available.
Changeover day is Saturday unless by prior arrangement and we ask that visitors leave  by 10am and arrive on the first day after 3pm.
Please note. There is no shop or pub in Sancreed.
Whilst the front garden and driveway are level, there are some quite steep steps up to the lawned part of the garden.
